Theatre Under the Stars: Mary Poppins and The Drowsy Chaperone  Enjoy a delightful dose of magical entertainment this summer with a perfect pair of Broadway musicals at Stanley Park’s picturesque Malkin Bowl. A beloved Vancouver tradition since 1940, TUTS 2017 season promises show-stopping song & dance in two sensational productions celebrating love and imagination. Shows alternate days, now through August 19.

Global Relay Grand Prix  As part of BC Superweek, Canada’s greatest criterium the Global Relay Grand Prix returns to Gastown! Watch North America’s top cyclists race wheel-to-wheel on Gastown’s thrilling 1.2-km course with an infamous hairpin corner. Women’s race 35 laps, Men’s race 50 laps. Wednesday, July 12, action starts 5:30 pm.

Bastille Day  Come and celebrate with us the French national day at Bastille Day Festival! Enjoy free activities for the whole family, visit the french food market, listen live music, and don’t miss the Wine & Cheese party at 6pm. Free, Yaletown Roundhouse Community Centre, Friday, July 14.

New West Craft Summer Night Market  Over 60 vendors selling handmade goods will line the beautiful boardwalk at New West Quay in front of River Market. Enjoy a fun summer evening of shopping, live music, live entertainment, food, drinks, and more. Free, River Market, Saturday, July 15, 6-9:30pm.
