Vancouver’s Cherry Blossom-inspired eats

We’re less than a week into spring and cherry blossoms are in full bloom all over the city. They give Vancouver a kind of spring fever in the most breathtaking way, overtaking our Instagram feeds, and have menus created around them at local eateries. Here are some of the dishes and drinks inspired by the blush pink flowers of Sakura trees. Like the delicate blossoms themselves, these specials are time-limited, so go try them as soon as you can!
