This month is all about pumpkin spiced lattes, festive meals, creative costumes, and eerie outings. There’s something to check out on any given night, so grab some brave friends and get a good spook in there. Halloween in Vancouver

1. Fear Mongers Haunted House

Fear Mongers is making its first appearance in Vancouver this fall with an exciting twist to regular haunted house walk-though. Each group (max. 2 people) will enter the haunted tomb at a time, and seek to solve the puzzle before they are let out. Incorporating with live monsters, its up to the challengers to remain calm and collected to break the mystery puzzle. Do you have what it takes to get out of the haunted tomb?

2. Gravecouver Haunted House & Halloween Store

Up and coming haunted scares this year at Metrotown. Gravecouver incorporates haunted house and Halloween store into one! A walk-through the haunted house to get some creative inspiration for your perfect costume after the spook is highly recommended. They recommend arriving at least 1 hour before it closes so you will be able to enjoy the scare. With its first debut in Vancouver, be sure to search up socialshopper for great deals!

3. Potter’s House of Horrors

With the Dunbar Haunted house making its final appearance in 2013, one less haunted adventure for Vancouverites. But this year, Potter’s House of Horrors have put in a second house for more horrific screams! For the brave little souls, come early to the family hour and experience the thrill of a lifetime. We’ll make sure to keep the scares to a minimum. There will be no actors, more quiet sound effects, and a much brighter atmosphere.

4. Burnaby Haunted Village 

If haunted house is a little too much, you might want to explore the haunted village in Burnaby Village Museum. Entrance fee to the village will include trick-or-treating for kids, live entertainment and carousel rides. This is a great event for spending quality time with family and loved ones over Halloween festivities. Get into the spirit with some ghostly fun.

5. Pumpkin Patch Fun
For the little ones who is up to explore autumn fun, stop by the Richmond Country Farms for their pumpkin patch and other festivities! The price of admission includes professional entertainment with a live band performance, a wagon ride, a kid-sized pumpkin, a visit to the animal farm, and a Spartan apple. Grab yourself a cute pumpkin for some fun carving time for the family. Great activity to prep for decorating your house for trick-or-treating night!
